Jennifer Reynolds

Jennifer has +30 years of leadership experience within the parks and recreation sector. She has held leadership roles in Municipal and Provincial Governments as well with sector led Provincial and National organizations. Jennifer has a comprehensive range of experience through her positions with the Towns of Milton, Caledon and Halton Hills. Jennifer assumed progressively greater leadership roles throughout her government career, including assuming the combined portfolio for Parks & Recreation and Public Works/ Engineering/Transit in one of the fastest growing communities in Canada. Jennifer’s strategic leadership and breadth of experience saw her lead the sector through serving as President of Parks and Recreation Ontario and as Chair of the Canadian Parks and Recreation Association. Jennifer has a strong background in sport, having coached at the club level and judged artistic gymnastics for Ontario and Canada. She is a strong proponent of “playground to podium” sport development in Canada and understands the important link and relationship between community sport and recreation at all levels.
