Andy is a highly experienced municipal administrator of 33 years. He is well versed in all aspects of Municipal administration including strategic planning, finance, operations, community engagement and services delivery, with a deep background in parks and recreation, and land use planning and development. 

A self-starter committed to ensuring strong governance in municipal organizations by leading and managing sound strategic plans and asset management plans which direct the annual budgeting process. This strong governance allows for cost-effective delivery of municipal operations and services that meet customer needs while adding value to the Municipality and the community. Andy is a respected team leader who “leads by example”, empowers people in decision making, action taking and provides on-going coaching and mentoring. 

In his role as Chief Administrative Officer for the Township of Centre Wellington he developed solid links with upper levels of government and community business leaders to drive economic prosperity in the community. Andy has presented at AMO, OPA, and MFOA on municipal challenges and how the organization has made successes in new ways of getting things done.
